Account information - Users are required to provide accurate and valid information during account creation. Any discrepancies in the provided information may lead to restrictions on the account.

KYC documentation - Users must provide valid documents to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide accurate and legitimate documentation may result in account limitations.

Adding funds - Users are required to add funds to the wallet using payment instruments they own or have authorization to use. If any discrepancies are detected, such funds may be placed on hold to protect the interests of the business and other stakeholders.

Beneficiary information - Users must ensure that accurate information is used when creating a beneficiary. The user is responsible for any discrepancies leading to payout failures or funds being held due to incorrect details.

API usage - When making an API request, users must pass correct and verified information. Any payout failure or funds being held as a result of incorrect details is the user's responsibility.

Platform integrity - Users may not attempt in any way to cause harm to the platform, its users, or its operations. If such actions are detected, the user account may be suspended, and wallet balances forfeited to cover the cost of damages caused.

Platform availability - The platform, API, and software are provided on an "as-is" basis, and no guarantees for accuracy, precision, or reliability are made. Users acknowledge this limitation upon use of the service.

Indemnification - By using the service, the user agrees to indemnify the software developer, publisher, operator, affiliates, or any stakeholders involved in the development, marketing, or operation of the platform from any liability for loss incurred by the use of the software.

Service downtime - Banks and other service providers may experience downtime from time to time, which can cause payout transactions to fail. In such cases, we will follow up on the transactions with the relevant bank. Any delays in settlement or refund of the pending amount are subject to the bank's or backend service provider’s processing times.

Suspicious activity - If we detect any suspicious activity, we may implement a cooling period for wallet top-up transactions to ensure that fraudulent funds are not funneled through the platform. This period is designed to enhance security and safeguard all users.

Account termination - We reserve the right to terminate a user’s account and associated services and to forfeit any wallet balance if there is a breach of the terms of service. This measure ensures compliance and the protection of all stakeholders.
